• Use ToolKaro for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Use automated tools to access the service at scale without permission
• Click ads artificially — this violates Google AdSense policies and may result in the site losing its ability to show ads
• Attempt to circumvent any security features

4. No warranty

ToolKaro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Tool outputs will be 100% accurate in all cases
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Always verify important outputs (especially financial calculations) against authoritative sources.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolKaro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or financial loss.

6. Your content and outputs

Files you process through ToolKaro remain yours. We do not claim any ownership over files you upload or outputs you download. Files processed in-browser never reach our servers.

7. Intellectual property

The ToolKaro name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of the operator. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

8. Third-party services

ToolKaro uses Google AdSense and Google Analytics. Your use of the site is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
